Aditya Engineering College established the Department of Information Technology (IT) in 2001 with an initial intake of 60 students .A Post graduate program (M. Tech) in Software Engineering was introduced in 2008-09 with an intake of 18 seats. Both the B. Tech and M. Tech programs were duly approved by the AICTE and Govt. of A.P. and affiliated to JNTUK. The department has the professional association with ISTE and CSI.The skilled faculty members with high qualification are dynamic in teaching ,research consultancy programs.

Engineering Knowledge: Apply knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals and an engineering specialization to the solution of complex engineering problems.
